Sweet Potato Fries

A favorite of many, these sweet potato fries are roasted rather than fried. Use already-cut sweet potatoes to make this a quick side that, over time, most children will enjoy. Even kids who do not like them initially can learn to like these fries if exposed to them enough without feeling pressured to eat them. Try making these fries out of purple sweet potatoes too!
